Austin Police Officer Who Shot Mike Ramos Indicted On A Second Murder Charge

Christopher Taylor and another officer have been indicted in the case of Mauris DeSilva, a 46-year-old neuroscientist. DeSilva was having a mental health crisis in July 2019 when he was fatally shot by police.
